I know theres compulsory foundational courses but is it like directly then u start w ur preffered major courses or is there a test which will allot you to it

Im not really giving ISI bstat entrance with full prep , this is just so I get an idea to an extent how it works ,the difficulty n all because ill be giving the masters program entrance instead.

I mean may be useful may not be

What shpuld I do till then

P.s. im commerce + math and studied only that

I know itll be extremely hard but im not going with the hopes of getting in and all just for the experience

For context, im gonna do a bsc in ecofin and probably a minor in either comp or math (i mean we'll see but its prolly that) and probably gonna try to do a M.Stat in ISI kolkata or something

This is all so that I break into quantitative finance which is already an insanely competitive degree

Touch wood if quant fin doesnt work out ill end up in a investment banking job of another type,

Just wanna know if im gonna go broke in the future or something by still going for ashoka,

I also got into Christ which is my backup but christ eco dept is nowhere close to ashokas

And I lowk need a minor in comp or math which christ doesnt provide

I also gave nmims the results isnt out yet

So yeah uhh

Honest opinion if ashoka is gonna be worth it im in such a dilemma
