Sparring tips, need help

I started kickboxing 4 months ago, training twice a week. I began in the beginner class but recently moved up to the advanced group. I feel like my basics are pretty solid now.

The main thing I struggle with is sparring. I have a hard time staying focused, reacting to incoming punches/kicks, and making my own combinations at the same time. This al feels VERY uncomfortable.

Do you guys have any tips for improving sparring and staying calmer/more aware during it?
