10 days since launch, how do these AdMob stats look?

Hey everyone, I need feedback on my admob stats. It's been 10 days since launch. Since I'm a newbie to this, do these stats look good?

Are any of the numbers concerning? Like impressions/request is very low. Can I improve it?

About the ads I use in my app:

Rewarded ads

Banner ads (used in a list)

Total Installs: 101 Daily active users: 14

Thanks!!!!

How do you structure API calls in your AniList-based apps?

I was wondering what kind of API calls people usually make directly from the client vs from their backend.

For example, do most AniList clients make API requests directly from the frontend/mobile app, or do they proxy/cache things through their own backend?

I’m especially curious because of rate limits — if everything goes through one backend IP, wouldn’t it hit limits faster compared to client-side requests from many users/devices?

Would love to know how you guys handle this in production apps.

Thankss!!!

I have a list of cards and after every 3 cards I insert a banner ad. The ads load correctly initially, but when I scroll down and then scroll back up, the banner disappears for a moment and loads again.

Search is only triggered when pressing Enter, so the list itself is mostly stable.

I think the issue might be related to list item recycling/rebuilding, but I’m not sure what the correct approach is for keeping banner ads persistent while scrolling.

What’s the recommended way to handle inline banner ads in scrolling lists? Should ads be cached/reused instead of recreated inside the item builder?

Also, is the current way acceptable/ideal to Admob?

Does it affect revenue or impressions?

It's a native app built using Kotlin.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working with my friend on an app called NextDrop: Anime Tracker Widget, mainly because I got tired of constantly opening multiple apps just to check when the next episode drops.

So I built something that keeps everything visible right on the home screen.

What it does:

Track anime + TV shows in one place

• See exact episode countdowns and airing schedules

• Add home screen widgets (different sizes) to track shows instantly (USP)

The main idea is: you shouldn’t have to open an app just to check when your next episode releases.

(Aesthetic and useful at the same time)

I’d really appreciate feedback — especially on:

• Widget usefulness (is it actually helpful or just cool?)

• Missing features

• UI/UX improvements

It is available on play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nextdrop.widget
