Elevator is broken, I’m on the 15th floor
I’m staying at an Autograph Collection property in San Francisco where the elevator has been broken for a few days now. I’m on the 15th floor so it’s been *a lot* of walking up and down a thin staircase, and I have back/knee pain that my doctor can attest to.
Is there any sort of compensation that can be claimed or ways to remedy this situation, especially if this elevator issue doesn’t seem to have an end in sight? The hotel seems to be unwilling to take responsibility, wouldn’t budge on points or comping part of the pricing. We are here for another 9 nights.
