Do I need filler? I am afraid though so probably wouldn't. Also, is my lip liner noticeable?

I want to be pretty and normal. I hate myself. No one will love me. Ever. Already had the surgery, I dont want advices I tried everything. Was about 90 degrees. Hump is on right side, left side looks more normal.
