Beginner in chinese here. I just want to ask if are there any words aside from 之前 (Zhī qián) and 以前
(yǐqián) when talking about what happened in the past or previously? Can i use 之前 (Zhī qián) even if what happened was just few minutes ago?

Is there any other words i can use to define the time in the past like

few minutes ago,
just earlier,
recently
etc

may nabasa akong story lately which is “Sweet Affliction” by demiprose and nagustuhan ko talaga yung trope, bonus if cool si female lead and innocent type/mala malewife yung atake ni ml. hahaha. usually kasi puro nalang cool si guy tapos damsel in distress si female kaya i would like to read some new troupe naman this time
