How do you know your partner is no longer interested in you (emotionally/physically)?

I had sex for the first time this year with my partner and I think I feel the best when I'm receiving pleasure rather than giving it, after thinking about it for a while, the fact that I'm not experienced enough regarding sex makes feel anxious and ashamed that I just let them guide me but tbh I'm kinda scared that my partner would eventually lose interest in me.

I've watched tutorials online, but I kinda just felt weird. It didn't feel pleasant at some point.

Though this might seem complicated in some form or another.

I'd love it if yall could give me some advice?
