Bonjour,
Je suis basé en France et je fais de la revente d’articles de luxe de seconde main que je source en Chine.

Récemment, deux de mes colis ont été bloqués par la douane. Après expertise des marques :

certains articles ont été reconnus authentiques et restitués

d’autres n’ont pas eu de verdict et ne m’ont pas été restitués

Le problème, c’est que la douane m’a indiqué que mes méthodes d’authentification (services chinois, ou applications comme CheckCheck / LegitApp) n’ont aucune valeur légale à leurs yeux.
Donc même si mes articles sont authentiques, je n’ai actuellement aucun moyen de le prouver de manière reconnue avant l’importation.

Mes questions :

Quels types de preuves ou d’authentification sont réellement reconnus par la douane française / européenne ?

Existe-t-il un moyen de prouver l’authenticité avant import depuis un pays hors UE ?

Comment font les revendeurs professionnels dans ce cas ?

Je cherche vraiment à être en règle et à structurer mon activité correctement.

I’m based in France and I resell second-hand luxury items sourced from China.
Recently, two of my shipments were stopped by customs. After brand inspection:

- some items were confirmed authentic and returned

- The others were unable to obtain verdicts and were not handed over to me.

The issue is that customs told me that none of my authentication methods (Chinese services like CCIC, or apps like CheckCheck/LegitApp) have any legal value.
So even if my items are authentic, I currently have no way to prove it in a way that French customs accepts before import.

My questions:
What kind of authentication is actually recognized by EU/French customs?

Is there any way to prove authenticity before importing from outside the EU?

How do professional resellers handle this?

I’m trying to stay fully compliant and build a legal business.

Hello, I just got a new phone, reinstalled Xianyu on it, and I'm trying to log in to my Xianyu account with my phone number, but the problem is I'm not receiving the verification code…

I saw that this is a common problem, but I don't really understand how to fix it 😅 On my old phone, I sometimes got logged out of the app, and I also had the problem of not receiving the code, but I don't know why. Luckily, by trying again or connecting to Wi-Fi or something, I managed to get the code.

But now, for the past few days, I've been trying on my new phone and it's impossible… I never receive anything… Does anyone have a solution?

I know there have been several requests on this topic already, but I haven't seen anything "recent," so I'm asking 🤷‍♂️
