The day begins at Angeles High School. The teacher announces that a new transfer student will be joining the class. Kina David, sitting at her desk, wonders what kind of person is about to walk through the door.

A girl named Belle enters and introduces herself to the class. While the other students whisper about how she looks like a "human Barbie doll," Kina is completely struck by her beauty. Kina’s heart races, and she thinks to herself that Belle is so beautiful it's "holy hell". Later, Prince Feliz is shown alone, contemplating the identity of the blue magical girl he encountered previously, wondering if she is truly collecting Hope Energy.

The mystery deepens when Belle approaches Feliz in the school hallway, calling him by his title. Feliz is shocked to see her on Earth. Kina observes them from a distance, feeling a pang of curiosity—and perhaps a bit of jealousy—noticing how close they seem to be. Mia, watching from the sidelines, becomes increasingly worried, realizing that Belle’s arrival means things are escalating much faster than she expected.

By nighttime, Kina is back in her room discussing the day with Mia. Mia is suspicious of why Belle is on Earth with Feliz, but Kina, still caught up in her feelings, brushes it off by assuming they are just friends. The episode ends with a close-up of a blushing Kina, admitting to herself, "I think I really like her!".

The episode opens with a dramatic flashback. Mia reveals her true origins as the beloved Princess of the Pretty Kingdom. She explains that her peaceful life was destroyed when her father remarried a woman named Mizrabel. Beneath Mizrabel's beauty lay a "heart of pure shadows" that hungered only for Despair Energy. Mizrabel eventually cursed Mia, transforming her into her current small, floating form, and banished her from her home forever.

Back in the present at Angeles High, Kina is shocked to learn Mia’s history. Their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of a handsome new student named Feliz. While the other students are charmed by his "perfect" appearance, Mia is frozen in terror. She recognizes him immediately, whispering, "No way... is that my big brother?"

Feliz introduces himself to Kina, claiming he has just arrived from London. He strikes up a conversation, telling Kina that he is searching for "someone special" and wants to know how to "truly win a girl's heart." However, Mia can read his mind. She realizes Feliz is a "sneak" who has actually come to Earth to collect Despair Energy for the Pretty Kingdom. Despite his charming exterior, Kina is unimpressed, dismissively labeling him a typical "perfect guy" and stating she doesn't have time for boys.

The scene shifts to a dark, shadowy throne room. Queen Mizrabel watches from the shadows as Feliz begins his mission. She summons Belle, declaring that Feliz is now the sole heir to the throne. Mizrabel tasks Belle with helping Feliz as his future Queen. Belle, loyal to the crown, bows and asks for her instructions.

​Suddenly, a giant, monstrous hornet known as a Despair-Mare appears, causing Kina to panic. Before the monster can strike, a blue streak of light falls from the sky and hits Kina on the back of the head. The object is revealed to be Mia, a spherical, winged princess from the Pretty Kingdom who was banished by her evil stepmother, Queen Mizrabel. Kina is initially skeptical, even calling Mia a "flying lemon," but the gravity of the situation sinks in as the monster looms over them.

​Mia realizes Kina has the heart of a warrior and summons the Blue Prism-Bracelet with a "SHINE-BOOM!" Kina, following Mia's frantic instructions, raises her arm and shouts the transformation command.

​With a dazzling flash of light, Kina transforms as Prisma Blue, the warrior of Hope. Despite being a bit confused by her new frilly—yet athletic—attire, Prisma Blue instinctively knows what to do. She points her finger at the Despair-Mare, firing a magical blue bullet that triggers a massive "BANG!!" explosion, purifying the monster and freeing the captured human.

​The rescued girl thanks Kina, calling her a hero. This surge of gratitude creates Hope Energy, which is absorbed into Kina’s bracelet.

A beautiful blue diamond crystal, a Hope Diamond, materializes in Kina's hand. Mia explains that collecting these is the only way to save her kingdom. Kina smiles, realizing that being a magical girl is actually quite fun.

​As the sun sets over the city, a mysterious figure in the shadows watches Kina’s victory. The figure, revealed to be Queen Mizrabel, grinds her teeth and warns that Kina's peace will not last for long.
