So, contact paper is toxic apparently and I don't think I can put wallpaper on the cabinets, do y'all have advice for covering the ugly white cabinets?

So I reached out to a service and they told me that I had to have a referral from my dr, is there other ways to get a cleaning service though?? From what I see on here people say multiple ways, though I guess it depends where you are. Could I do it online for example?
