I’m a business development specialist based in Vietnam and my team is currently trying to expand our footprint into the DACH region (specifically Germany and Switzerland) but honestly I find that's really challenging. I'm here hoping to get some perspectives and advices from insiders on the IT outsourcing landscape in this region. I'm curious about what EU startups think about IT outsourcing to Southeast Asian countries, especially Vietnam? what are the challenges tech startups face? Also, I'd like to know more about the local business culture and priorities of these startups when looking for a partner.
