I’m a Jaat, and according to the Delhi state list, Jaats fall under OBC in Delhi. However, I don’t really have any Delhi residential proof or domicile documents.

That said, my 12th marksheet will be issued from Delhi, and I heard there’s something called a migrant OBC certificate which might still be possible to get.

My aunt (mosi) lives in Delhi, so I may be able to show her electricity bills/address proof and also make an affidavit if needed.

Does anyone know if this is actually possible? Has anyone been in a similar situation or successfully gotten a migrant OBC certificate in Delhi without full domicile documents?
