I like Pickleball but IDK why it infuriates me a bit when I just want to hoop and the basketball court is being used for Pickleball!

Like I understand the craze and trend. I tried it and I kind of liked it. It really casual fun. The thing is I don't like doing it in a basketball court. It feels like I am taking the space of people who want to hoop.

I also hoop and I get a bit annoyed and slightly pissed that the court is converted to pickleball. Like make your own court.

How Miles can be introduced in MCU

End Credits of Brand New day. Peter needs to do tutoring sessions for extra income to pay his rent and MIT tuition.

He arrives at his student’s house 5 minutes late and the mom curses him in Spanish. This is when we see a 12 year old Miles as peter’s student.

I chose 12 cuz I dont think MCU will make a movie about Miles until 2030s. That way he will be 15-16 already and Peter will likely be a fresh graduate from MIT, fully focused to mentor Miles.

Do you feel a bit sad when two or more family members are fighting with eah other or not speaking and you have to be the bridge?

My older sister and second older brother have not spoken for ten years. At first I thought it was because he caught her stealing $300 (I dont live in America but will use dollars) from mom. I thought he was being petty but it is not. Apparently, he remembers being called a f*g. He is gay so it kind of was personal too him. The thing is my sister does not remember. Well here is the thing she wont say sorry because she said “I forgot”. That’s really mean and wrong from her part. I think there are amnesiac people or those with Alzheimers who forgot the trauma and PTSD they caused someone but they still say Sorry. My sister is 38 while he is 34.

The only wrong part about my brother is treating her like a ghost even in front of relatives. When my sister asked to pass the rice he completely ignored her even when it was in front of cousins and uncles/aunts. There was even a game (Heads Up) and there was a possibility he and my sister were gonna be paired up so he went ohtside until the game was over. There was one time they were both going to the same place at the same time but he ignored my sister’s request and just drove off. My sister wont talk to him unless she has to. My brother will completely ignore my sister. I think there was one time she gave him a really nice pen but I saw that expensive pen in the trash can.

My sister tells me “Yes we can hate each other till the grave but let’s be mature in front of family/relatives then go back to ignoring each other”.

iPad or Laptop/Macbook?

I have an iPad but it's from the 7th Gen already. I prefer to get a new Apple Device every 5-6 Generations. Now here is my question. iPad or Laptop? My Laptop is already 5 years old but still holds up. It's just the battery. My iPad was a Grad Gift so I had the funds to buy the laptop.

Now both devices are showing their age. Here is what I imagined buying a laptop. I thought I could put the work stuff in the laptop. This is so I don't have to bring my work laptop home everyday and put more weight on my back when I commute. However the security is tight and I will be reported for attempting to install the work stuff in my personal laptop. So yeah the personal laptop.

iPad is just for scrolling and watching instead of my phone but it's a nice portable device to have.

BTW I have a Desktop gaming PC capable of running games now so maybe that can defeat the purpose of one device.

AITA for watching Jesus Christ Superstar knowing there will be a family event within the day?

Jesus Chris Superstar is coming to my country. It’s one of those plays where Im not that keen to put 100% effort but if a friend invites me then Im game.

A week before it was announced that a second cousin of mine from dad side has a baptism and christening date. My parents told the family to reserve the date. I was like “If anything is not in the way then maybe I can consider going but my answer is not final”. Dad was like “This is a family event” but I went “of someone I barely meet and I only met like what, five times?”. My dad said we met each year when I was a child but I honestly do not remember.

Then a friend invited me and suggested the date for him to watch. It was the same day as the baptism. I said Yes to JCS and told my parents I will not go

My parents were not happy. My dad, specifically because it was in his side, said that I was invited for a reason. The Second cousin could have invited their friends but chose me. My mom said that I am blowing opportunities because there is more opportunities to meet the relatives who I have not seen and who have wanted to see me. They were unhappy I chose JCS over the baptism/christening because the latter was told to me first. The thing is I don’t know this second cousin a lot. That’s how I am with distant relatives. I will go if nothing is in the way but if there are things I like that are on the way then I wont go to those events of relatives I barely know.
