Is there any way to decrypt a save file for emulation on a PC without a Switch?

EDIT: I got it done with hactool, I'll keep this post up in case anyone needs an answer to this.

You may have seen my post from earlier about the ripped modchip, the console is unusable right now, however I want to continue playing Tomodachi Life LTD on my Steam Deck, I installed it and got it running but I want to continue from my save file.

I recovered my save file from the SD card through NXNandManager, but it's not the player.sav, mii.sav, and map.sav files that I need to get it running on an emulator, instead it's one file with a long number as the name, since I can't use the Switch now, I need a way to decrypt that file on my PC, is it possible in any way?

Can a ripped modchip ribbon cable be fixed?

Edit: I should clarify that it's difficult for me to obtain another modchip. I'm probably going to sell this for parts since there are other problems too and the accessories separately.

I got this switch modchipped and I've been having some problems that required me to temporarily disconnect the fan, but as I was closing it back up, the ribbon cable just ripped like paper, I've opened this up before, I don't know how this happened this time. The console doesn't power on anymore.

The shop that installed it says the chip just needs to be replaced entirely, but I'm seeing online that it can be fixed with microsoldering though it'll be hard. With this and the fan problem, should I just sell it for spare parts instead of trying to repair it? It's already costed me a lot of money.

I need help with these frustrating series of charging, battery desync, and overheating problems on my modded V1 for both the console and the joy cons after getting it chipped. (The battery itself seems healthy somehow, a battery swap isn't an option for the near future)

Sorry if I wrote too long but there are just too many problems that I need to explain.

I just got this patched Switch V1 from someone I know for quite a bit cheaper than usual, I was only told that turned out to be not a problem, but now there are other problems I'm concerned about.

At first it worked wonderfully, there were no problems with anything like the battery, I figured it was probably a little worn out since it's a V1 but it still gave 2-3 hours of playtime, and after I got a chip installed at a shop and I modded it, for a while it had no problems whatsoever, but after a while the problems started.

First it was the overheating, I don't play docked much but recently I've been playing 51 Clubhouse Games and for some reason, when it was docked it started overheating after 30 minutes of playing and shutting off after giving a warning. It never does that in handheld mode.

We opened it up and replaced the thermal paste, which didn't change much, then we modified the dock by enlarging the exhaust hole at the back and placing a medium/small size pc fan there that's powered by USB, and I think that helped a little, we haven't played much to test it yet because of the joy con issues I'll talk about soon but after about 20 minutes of playing it was pretty cold in the dock. (this was tested after the battery calibration stuff which I'll also talk about)

Then I noticed even more problems, this time it was about the battery draining even in sleep mode or in hekate, airplane mode on too, in both emummc and sysmmc, it would drain about 10% every 30 minutes, the battery life during gameplay was affected too with it going down about 1% every minute.

I did a calibration by letting it drain to 0% and charging to 100% which didn't fix it, but then I installed batterydesyncfix and did that again, and at first it seemed to me like it fixed it for the most part, it'd drain much slower in sleep mode or while playing and would charge faster, it may have also helped the overheating, but then it started to get bad again, and now for some reason the joy cons won't charge which is why that docked session was cut short earlier. And also now the console is charging very slowly, about 5% in half an hour.

The weird part is that in the battery info screen on Hekate, the first image shows it after the calibration using a Switch charger and the second one shows it before calibration with a Steam Deck charger which is what I was using before (may have contributed to these problems), it seems like after the calibration the battery is actually pretty healthy, seems decent when plugged off too, it weirdly says 4800mah as it's full capacity, which isn't even how much the stock battery has, maybe it was swapped at one point.

Can anyone in any way help me with this? I've been looking forward to having this and it's very disappointing how these problems won't go away.

My new Vox amp, Vox Pathfinder 10 Bass, pictured next to my AC4C1-12.

As a guitarist who occasionally plays bass, I've been looking for a small bass amp to practice with and I don't have much of a budget, having a Vox amp already, I know how good Vox makes their products, so I got the Pathfinder 10 Bass to go along with my AC4C1-12.

Now I know that this amp is too small and the two 5 inch speakers are said to be not enough for bass frequencies, but in my experience it's just enough for me, it sounds pretty good, I can't turn it up too much since I live in an apartment but when I do, it's enough to vibrate the floor and the sound easily fills my ears even without turning it up too high, so I think it'll be enough for me in the end. It sounds pretty good too.

My main complaint is that it sounds a little "hollow" like some reviews suggest, it's almost like a reverb of some sorts which people say is caused by the open back cabinet, that's funny because my other amp gets complaints about it's closed back cabinet so I opened the back up on that, but of course they're different. Next month I was asked to play bass in a concert so I'll probably bring this to the practice (no drums or loud guitars, just acoustic stuff) and I may also have to bring it to the concert and use it with the line out to PA or mic it, which won't be ideal but it'd work for what it is.
