More pictures of the ac50

Im really enjoying the amp so far one thing i find quite weird tho it seems to have a slot for a valve without a socket or anything does anyone know something about it. On top of that i wanted to ask if anyone knows if i can get rid of the rust on the panel.

My new Vox amp, Vox Pathfinder 10 Bass, pictured next to my AC4C1-12.

As a guitarist who occasionally plays bass, I've been looking for a small bass amp to practice with and I don't have much of a budget, having a Vox amp already, I know how good Vox makes their products, so I got the Pathfinder 10 Bass to go along with my AC4C1-12.

Now I know that this amp is too small and the two 5 inch speakers are said to be not enough for bass frequencies, but in my experience it's just enough for me, it sounds pretty good, I can't turn it up too much since I live in an apartment but when I do, it's enough to vibrate the floor and the sound easily fills my ears even without turning it up too high, so I think it'll be enough for me in the end. It sounds pretty good too.

My main complaint is that it sounds a little "hollow" like some reviews suggest, it's almost like a reverb of some sorts which people say is caused by the open back cabinet, that's funny because my other amp gets complaints about it's closed back cabinet so I opened the back up on that, but of course they're different. Next month I was asked to play bass in a concert so I'll probably bring this to the practice (no drums or loud guitars, just acoustic stuff) and I may also have to bring it to the concert and use it with the line out to PA or mic it, which won't be ideal but it'd work for what it is.
