It happens intermittently on Youtube videos and Prime. At times videos play fine but eventually some, then all, videos will be corrupted as in the link above. UIs work just fine, which you can see at the end of the video. Twitch does not have this issue on the TV. Unplugging the TV for a while seems to help resolve the issue for some time.

It does not show up on static colors.
