Guys pls help me out i don’t know what to do, im a BE ECE pass out student in chennai currently looking for jobs, the thing is truly I didn’t learn anything in my 4 yrs about engineering because im not interested in this field, now it is really hard to find a job without knowing anything (zero knowledge). On the other hand i have an interest in taking photos and videos I’ve had iPhone 13 and i use it to the core to take almost perfect photos and videos, and I’ve had a DSLR camera too and i know how to handle a camera but i don’t know how to handle it professionally and i have an interest towards cinema so y not cinematography. So now i have two options either i should start learning and try for more IT jobs, else go for my passion towards cinematography, by joining a course to learn professionally abt cameras then through any connections get work. Now im stuck in a center point where it is a critical stage where i need to choose what to do, im really confused guys. If i need to prepare for IT jobs i need to start from the scratch so if im starting when would i learn and get placed and in recent times i heard abt AI taking over jobs so IT jobs will be available mostly around 5-10yrs, so if i start learning and get placed and then after yrs i would get replaced by an AI and im not even interested about this IT job, but if im going for my passion i think i can learn with the interest im having towards cinematography and i think i will be happy but thing is i think i will struggle financially, coz im from a middle class family where the family is going to depend on, so if i go for my passion will i able to get more of the salary and run a family, A cinematographer can earn more than an IT engineer but it takes more time and more money investments i guess. So im confused guys, please read this fully and suggest me ideas, and if you’re thinking about ideas apart from what i have mention please feel free to suggest me that. Thank you so much for your patience…
