We have sure this car seat for a few years now and we love it. But the clip broke!! I have emailed Diono a couple times with no reply and their website says unavailable for a clip replacement. Does anyone know how to get ahold of them? We bought a cheap car seat immediately from Walmart but it sucks and we wanted it only temporarily. It’s been about 6 months and no reply from them.
My 4 year old is still rear facing because of MN state laws so I really need to figure this out! We can’t afford another Diono Radian 3R
