Problem/Goal: I want to dive deeper on digital marketing and social media management

Context: I do not enjoy my job anymore as it shifted from designing client-facing materials to designing backend tools that the operation team uses. This job has no scope and 5 of us in the team are made to create solutions for operational problems. I also feel like my outputs on this job will not help me leverage my portfolio on my career goal.
