Best for serious property/investment audience.

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a project called KJS Township, located at State Highway, Tandaheri, Jhajjar, Haryana 124507.

It is an industrial land/industrial plots project suitable for warehouse, factory setup, logistics, small manufacturing units, and long-term industrial investment.

I wanted to understand the market feedback from people who know the Jhajjar / Bahadurgarh / Delhi NCR industrial belt.

Location:

KJS Township, State Highway, Tandaheri, Jhajjar, Haryana 124507

Project type:

Industrial land / industrial plots

Use cases:

- Warehouse setup

- Factory setup

- Logistics and storage

- Small manufacturing units

- Long-term industrial investment

I would like to know:

  1. How is Jhajjar as an industrial investment location?

  2. Is this belt good for warehouse/factory demand?

  3. What should buyers check before investing in industrial plots?

  4. How does Jhajjar compare with Bahadurgarh, Gurgaon side, and other NCR industrial locations?

Please share genuine feedback or suggestions.

Has the system failed so badly that a mother cannot even talk to her own child?

This is my friend’s story. She got married at just 16. Her mother died when she was born and she was raised by her nani. Later she was married to a drunk man who used to beat her regularly. Still, she stayed in the marriage for 7 years hoping things would improve.

One day she found out her husband had mortgaged all her jewelry, the jewelry her nani had made for her with love. The amount later became around 5 lakhs. After that she left her sasural and raised her son alone for 5 years without any support.

She worked small jobs with a salary of around 9k and somehow tried to manage the jewelry recovery amount, her son’s studies, daily expenses, and her own survival together. I even helped her get a small job so she could survive independently.

But with such a low salary, she wasn’t able to handle the 5 lakh recovery amount, take care of her son’s education, and manage her own life all at once. So she later left her son with her in-laws so at least he could study properly.

Now they are not even allowing her to talk to her own child.

She wants to take legal action but she is scared of courts, police, and long cases because she is already struggling just to survive.

She only wants to talk to her son. I genuinely don’t know what advice to give her anymore?

Villains are not born, the world makes them

I already shared my friend’s story before. She is suffering mentally just because she wants to talk to her son.

Recently she came to Delhi and decided to file a complaint against her husband because he is hiding her son and not allowing her to talk to him. She went to Dwarka Sector 23 police station because her husband’s office is only around 300 meters away from there.

At first police said it was a court matter and they couldn’t do anything. Then one female officer said, “Okay, call him and give me the phone.” When she called, her husband started abusing not only her but even the police officer. He was drunk and shouting that nobody could force him to come.

Police then told her to go near his office and call them if he was there. Around 7 PM she reached his office and found him standing outside, fully drunk. He started abusing her badly and even tried to attack her, but some people nearby stopped him.

She tried calling the police number given by the officer, but the number was wrong. After calling another station and getting the correct number, police finally said they were coming. But they arrived almost 45 minutes later, and by then her husband had already run away.

When she asked why they came so late, the officer replied, “Nothing happened to you, right? I can’t see any scratches.” As if police only react after someone is seriously harmed.

Then they told her to go to Dabri police station. She reached there around 10 PM, but they said the women’s office was closed and told her to come again the next morning.

That night she completely broke down. She felt helpless, depressed, and even suicidal. She even contacted a human rights organization, and they asked for ₹1500.

The saddest part is she is not asking for money, property, or revenge.

She just wants to talk to her son.

I really don’t know what to do anymore regarding my land issue in Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur.

My family built our house around 2000 and we have been living here since then. Recently NTPC started claiming that some part of the land belongs to them. I honestly don’t know whether they are fully right or not, so I applied for official land measurement (mapi) to get proper clarity.

I paid around ₹1000 government fee and waited for the date. When the officials came, instead of properly measuring the land, they just said “NTPC is right” and were about to leave. I was shocked because I applied for land measurement, not for someone to just verbally decide everything in 2 minutes.

After I insisted, the officer said they need NTPC map first. But nobody informed me earlier that I had to arrange some NTPC map. If this map was so important, why didn’t they tell me before the measurement date? Also I feel if it’s an NTPC land issue, the office should already have access to those records.

Still, I said okay, I’ll arrange the map. I requested another date for measurement, but the officer refused and said my date is over and they won’t give another one.

Then I went to the CO office, but the CO was not there, which honestly feels very normal in government offices now.

I have now filed a BPGRS/Lok Shikayat complaint and got a hearing date, but I still feel confused and stressed about what will happen next.

Has anyone dealt with NTPC land issues or Bihar land measurement problems before? Any genuine advice would really help.
