I was just looking on Amazon last night and it seems there are a couple new models on the market. Anyone tested any of them yet or have any feedback? Anyone know any info about the OEM's?
I see several new heatpump window units that are u-shaped on Amazon. At least one of them says it works down to really low temperatures. Anyone know who makes these and if they are any good?

I'm getting a bunch of upcharges for using one rate 2-Day Express. What's the deal. Seems like a total scam. It's supposed to be flat rate, yet they frequently bill me more money!
