Can't even post an institutional negligence towards a Su*cide wtf
I am the person who first saw and reported the body to the guards until I saw the bodies no one would've noticed it even for quite some time, the guards went and we're seeing the body from afar, and didn't even bother to check the heartbeat and breath of the student, until the administrative faculties arrived the guards did not even bother to check the heartbeat and breathe of the student, even if he was alive till that moment we will never know if he could actually be saved, it's clear negligence by the college administration which should lead to action
