Finally met a dermatologist in Nagpur who actually listens

Been dealing with a chronic skin issue that keeps relapsing seen 6–7 dermatologists over the last 5 years (even tried online consults). Most experiences were rushed or just didn’t feel right.

Recently visited dr jaiswal after seeing recommendations here. Too early to say anything about treatment, but as a person probably the most polite and respectful dermatologist I’ve met. No ego, very soft-spoken, actually listens. Spent a good 15–20 minutes understanding everything instead of rushing.

Also addressed me as “Sir” throughout, which genuinely surprised me never experienced that before in a clinic.

Not a paid post. Just sharing because this kind of experience is rare.

And for anyone studying medicine be polite.

A significant part of recovery (at least 20%) comes from how you talk to your patients.

Calm places in/near Nagpur

I’m looking for recommendations for places near Nagpur where you could drive easily (1-1.5 hours) and then just sit and chill and talk. I know Zilpi is good, but what I don’t like too much about it is how it does not have any good places to sit while looking at the lake. What are other such spots?

I don’t always like to go to the cafes because there’s the pressure to eat or drink something which you don’t always want. Therefore looking for good places to hang out at.

Not looking for places frequented by couples looking sitting behind tree trunks. ❗️‼️

Why so much boring

Shifted to Nagpur for internship. It’s been 3 months…and somehow I’ve achieved absolutely nothing in terms of food exploration 👍

Like I came here thinking “I’ll try all the famous spots, street food, hidden gems”… and instead I’ve been loyal to the same 2–3 safe options like it’s a long-term relationship.

Main issue: food just doesn’t hit the same when you’re alone. Who do I say “bro taste this” to? Myself??

So Nagpur people—drop your best food recommendations 🙏 Also, if someone’s in the same “khane ka shauk hai but company nahi hai” situation… let’s fix both problems 😂

Nagpur me Clients paisa nahi dete...

Maine kaafi saal tak Nagpur mein as a marketer kaam kiya, aur ek line baar baar sunne milti thi — “Nagpur mein log paisa nahi dete.”

Pehle mujhe lagta tha shayad market chhota hai ya businesses spend nahi karna chahte.
Lekin dheere dheere samajh aaya ki problem sirf spending ki nahi, system ki hai.

Nagpur mein ek major issue mujhe brain drain laga.

Yahan ka youth ya toh padhai ke liye bahar chala jaata hai, ya job ke liye Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad shift ho jaata hai.

Aur jab income bahar generate hoti hai, toh kharcha bhi wahi hota hai.

Iska direct effect yeh hota hai ki Nagpur ke local businesses ke paas utna revenue circulate nahi hota.
Jab businesses ki earning limited hoti hai, toh woh marketing, talent, creators, agencies, ya growth pe spend nahi kar paate.

Phir wahi loop create hota hai:

Clients Pay Less → Businesses Grow Slowly → Opportunities Less → Youth Leaves → Money Leaves → Clients Still Pay Less

Mujhe laga iska solution sirf complain karna nahi hai.

Solution hai Opportunities Create Karna.

Agar youth ko yahin growth, network, exposure aur kaam mile, toh woh Nagpur mein ruk sakta hai.
Aur jab paisa yahin generate aur spend hoga, tabhi local economy rotate hogi.

Isi thought process ke saath maine Beyond Logic Podcast start kiya.

Humne business owners, startup founders, NGOs, politicians, creators aur city ke thinkers ko ek table par lana start kiya — taaki conversations se ideas nikle, connections bane, aur opportunities create ho.

Saath hi youth ke liye ek community bhi build kar rahe hain.

Ab dekhte hain yeh initiative city ko kitna actual benefit deta hai.

Lekin agar aap is movement ka part banna chahte ho, ya community join karna chahte ho, toh join here : BEYOND COMMUNITY (NAGPUR'S HUB)
