Hi guys, I have a few questions. I'm currently running 1 CBO with 3 adsets on a £111 daily budget.

Adset 1: 1 Image AD
Adset 2: 1 Video AD, 4 Image ADs
Adset 3: 3 Image ADs

2 days ago I launched adset 3 not knowing how much it was going to effect my performance. All of my metrics stayed the same/similar but literally 0 ATCs or conversions. Do I just let the ads run and stabilise for now? Also, I'm not entirely sure how many ads I should be aiming to run on this sort of budget as its currently 9 in total which seems a lot. The adsets are split like this because adset 1 was performing well since the start (3 months ago) and didn't want to touch it, adset 3 was launched as I had previously added new ads to adset 2 and reset my learning which took 10 days to stabilise. This bring me onto my other point, how exactly should I be launching new ads? I've been told to keep everything in one adset at this spend level but adding new ads just resets everything. I've tried duplicating into the adset but get an error saying the campaigns objectives aren't aligned or something like that.

Appreciate any recommendations on how to approach my situation!

Just to add I'm selling a Neck Massager for £60.

Has yesterdays outage just killed everything? Don’t think I’ve had a day with this bad performance before. I’ve spent £70 of my budget so far and haven’t even had an ATC. Are Meta just sending straight robots to my site? And no I highly doubt it’s the landing page at the moment as I’m consistently getting at least 5 or 6 ATCs by this time of day minimum with around few conversions. Genuinely going to contact support at this point because I’m practically being robbed haha. Anyone experiencing similar?

Is anyone else having some of the worst performance ever? Meta has spent £80 of my £125 budget so far today yet and I have had 0 conversations, 0 ATC’s etc. This is completely abnormal for a Saturday for me. By this time of day I’d have at least had about 6 ATCs and a few conversations. Meta is just sending some of the e worst traffic possible with absolutely zero buying intent. Really don’t know what to do here. My performance overall has been pretty bad the past 2 weeks from a learning reset but it hasn’t been as bad as today even just after resetting all of the learning.

Hi guys,

I’m having this issue where on Meta’s (Instagram & Facebook) browser once you click on one of my ads, my product images are like formatted so that they’re like shrunk if the bar at the bottom is showing. Once you scroll a bit and the bar disappears, the images go back to the normal bleed to the sides format. I can’t seem to find a fix after hours of troubleshooting with Claude in my themes code. Has anyone got any idea? I can share an image of my site in a DM if anyone is interested in helping.

Thanks!

Hi guys, my ads have been doing pretty poor recently. I had a learning reset about 10 days ago now that should’ve recovered by now but I’m still having really poor performance. I went from 7-9 sales a day down to what seems like 2-5 ish on a £125 daily budget. I need 4 sales to be breaking even. I get a lot of clicks but very low buying intent and Meta seems to like showing my ads to this audience, so my budget is pretty much being burnt. I’ve heard about setting cost caps in the Adset level. Is this a good idea? I assume it’ll reset the learning on the Adset though. I need to be aiming for a £15-20 CPR ideally. What should I be doing in this situation? Selling a Neck massager for £60, costs me £24 to fulfill. Any questions, let me know. Happy to share anything necessary for more context!!
