I really want to buy a prebuilt and I found a perfect one on scan, but I have no idea if they are safe to order from or not. I know they have good reviews, but it’s mainly for parts. I’d like to know if anyone recommends them!

I really want to start building a computer, considering a lot of people are saying its cheaper than buying a computer already built. I’ve tried looking for parts but it all came out over my budget which is somewhere under £1000 (it sounds dumb but i’m only 15 and I don’t have a job yet) I need help with finding parts and finding a good but budget friendly build. I also want it to be a gaming pc. If anyone could help i’d really appreciate it!!
I was playing a game and suddenly my computer turned off, no signal on the monitor, no lights, no sound! It refuses to turn back on no matter what I do, a few weeks ago I noticed the fan at the backend of my pc wasn’t working at all (still not fixed but I got someone to help me with it a bit). I also noticed there was a burning smell coming from my pc all the time, it smelt like burnt plastic… I also cleaned out my computer so it’s not that.
Today it was the same, but it’s never just turned off by itself before. I tried waiting a few minutes to see if it would come back on and it didn’t. I tried holding down the power button with the usbs out and that didn't work either. It’s not the plug sockets because my chargers work just fine in the same sockets.
Can someone help me diagnose what the problem is? I don’t know my pc components because my pc is prebuilt and I know nothing about pcs (sorry)..
