So im going to switch to another company soon because the one im currently at is terrible i havent learned anything In a full year and im constantly insulted by everyone there. Does anyone have any advice on how to prove im interested in doing this job because i literally dont know anything but would love to learn. But they said i have to really prove i want to do this to move to the new shop. Sorry for the long post.
I know this sounds stupid but im a CNC apprentice and i had to switch a few inserts on a face Mill. But they all looked the same to me but the guy who was teaching me said he could tell which ones are bad from a mile away. But he didint explain what to look for.

Everyday something bad happens to me. I try my hardest only to fail everytime at anything i try. I have no friends im low iq and good for nothing. I get made fun of for not doing anything right its just awful. Fuck my life
So i need to make a hybrid design of these parts. And i dont know how to activate components with the little circle. I know this sounds stupid but i cant find anything on YouTube and help would really be appreciated. Everytime i press new component and name it i cant draw and only see the part ive already drawn. Could anyone please make a quick video on how to do this ill get it much faster.
