Rapid wear down on inner sides of BOTH front tires

01 golf GLS. Switched from one set of aftermarket wheels to another. Made sure to get the right hub rings, both sets of wheels are the same size with the same specs on the tires (195s)

Obviously it needs an alignment for sure. the steering wheel has always been cocked to the left a bit, but the old wheels didn’t seem to have this problem. My question, is would this likely be a camber or tow problem? If its likely the tow being off, the adjustment be in or out? Also, could ball seated wheel bolts on wheels that require conical seat bolts be the culprit?

For context, I went from a set of VOXX aftermarket 15s, to a set of used, (like new) Motegi 15s, which, from what I’ve read, are of pretty good quality as per reviews and Dr. Google research. Worth noting, that these are used tires as I had bought the wheels on good ole market place

There’s no knocking or audible noises coming from the front suspension, but the steering wheel has always had vibration issues… again though, the last wheels didn’t seem to wear down like this. Though, I didn’t really run them for long either
