





So i‘m cutting atm and wondering at what bodyfat percentage i am. I‘m guessing around 17%-18%?
My goal is to reach 12%, how long do you think it will take me? and from there on I put on more lean mass?

So I started my Cut around 6 weeks ago.
I measure at 188cm, daily calorie maintenance at around 2900kcal and started off at 88 Kg and 18-19% BF with the goal to reach 12% BF. My Cut intake is around 2200 to 2400 depending on my daily activity.
I’ve been using a BF Scale, tracking my progress daily but regarding the percentage it’s really incosistent, I just look at the trends and weekly averages. I’ve lost about 2 Kg of Bodyweight though. I estimate my start percentage (in the yellowish pictures) at around 18-19%, and my current at rather 17-18%, though my eye is untrained and any better trained opinions are appreciated. I feel like i’m seeing decent results, Veins are starting to show and muscles are more defined and I look harder. My Performance in the gym has been the same and my Libido has been high as always. But during the day, especially in the mornings or after a gym session I feel unusually drained and sometimes even a little wobbly and I have a harder time focusing. Normally I’m quite energetic, especially when I train for Kickboxing but i strongly feel like I have lost a certain edge. Life feels more bland, compared to when i’m bulking it’s quite the opposite (obviously), but I didn’t expect it to be like that.
Is that just it or am i cutting to agressively? I figured it has something to do with my blood sugar levels and maybe the timing of my meals but i’m not 100% sure. Any Advice is appreciated.💥
