I've been in the yugioh community for about 5 years now and have never once attended a ycs or a regional and I was wondering what I may need to attend these events. I know I need to write my deck list out but does that mean actually write it out or is there a website I need to go on? Do I need both my state ID and Konami ID or just my state ID? I really want to start playing competitive yugioh and id be really greatful if you guys could assist me in my journey

(Deck list in commets) im not sure what else I need for my Rescue-ACE deck. My second hydrants in the mail and a friend of mine is getting my quick attackers. My superpoly targets are at home and im lost on how to finish this deck
