Hill sachs advice

So I got 2 shoulder subluxations from a throwing motion and ended up with “signs of a labrum tear” an a hill sachs lesion, this was 10 months ago. I have all my strength after doing 7 weeks of PT when I first got injured. To this day I still feel a deep pain. When I grab onto something, relax my shoulder and move it around I get sharp pains and it feels loose in my shoulder. Went to an orthopedic and he wanted me to try physical therapy again. I’m a few visits in and nothing they do works, they seems to be trying to fix my muscles but everything is fine. I try to explain that it’s a deep pain and only hurts when I relax my muscles and move my shoulder. I’m going to get with my orthopedic soon and let him know I don’t think physical therapy will work. If anyone has had similar experiences and what your solution was that would be great, thanks.
