how did you mage the attendance if the faculty is rod?

i need a class attendance for theory. i couldn't attend the class cause of an injury. if i go to the health care centre tmr will i get any medical certificate(the injury got infected). cause my faculty is too strict to give attendance. Will dean or hod allow me for the fat

i have eczema on face(it's under control now). i have this on my right and left elbow over a month now. i tried tecum, fusidic acid but no results. thinking to try mupirocin idk if this works. please help me. It's so itchy and disgusting down there. Also the pus doesn't stop
