Is the current combat patrol a good buy?

As a first buy for the starting army?

I have 5x infernus, 5x termi and 1x cpt. in termi armor fro mthe 10th starting set... is it nice addition to my army?

Potentially looking on Admech army.. what to include in the 500p army with potential to expand to 1000p ?

I see combat patrol box + Eye of the terror batalion... but that is a lot money and still nowhere near 1000p....
