Will clean it up, replace a broken trim pot.

By request I made this cheesecake for my mum and the family.

First time doing a full wrap around biscuit base

Turned out perfect and tasted amazing.

Nice biscuits (375g) 250g butter and a drizzle of treacle base.

750g cream cheese, 300g sour cream, 215g caster sugar, 4 eggs, 2 lemons of zest, half a lemon juice, 2tsp vanilla extract, 2 Tbsp plain flour. For the filling

80 mins bake at 140C, left in oven over night to cool slowly.
