My ex was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd Degree and I’m having a hard time emotionally processing everything.
Does anyone know where in Auburn/Opelika I can speak with a local resource or get some guidance from?
I feel overwhelmed and would really appreciate it.
My b*yfriend got arrested for DV (third-degree, first-time offender). he got released after the 24 hour mandatory hold. He blocked me on everything (whatever) and is pleading not guilty. Everything feels raw and painful.
Not asking if anyone has gone through the exact same thing, but just advice on how to move forward with my life and what you’ve done to make your life better.
My ex got arrested for domestic violence against me after I called 911. After 24 hours he blocked me on everything. Sometimes I’m enraged thinking he doesn’t feel even 0.001 % sorry for what he’s done. Then I get depressed that I got attached to him.
Did anyone else get a better outcome where the perpetrator has shown remorse and held himself accountable?
