It’s hard to put Into words how I feel about this day because I’ve only been a Soundgarden fan for a few years but I remember hearing about his passing on the radio and hearing about how he lost his life the way he did,It sometimes makes me feel uncomfortable when I think about my favourite musicians who have passed on because they were once on this earth and they Interacted with other people who are still alive today.
I think what’s even more freaky Is that Chris passed away just an hour after coming off the stage In Detroit,because he was alive when he was performing and then In the next hour he was gone and that to me Is very strange and very sad,but today’s not all about what happened 9 years ago,today Is a celebration of a musician who was Important to all of us and whose music made an Impact to us In all of our lives that’s the reason why we are all here on this subreddit today.
My thoughts and feelings today are with Chris’s family and friends today as they mark the 9th anniversary without him being here.
RIP Chris no one sings like you anymore…🖤

An Interview with the band following series of unfortunate events of the first half of the summer tour In 1996 which ended up In Jimmy’s first departure from the group following his arrest.
I know It’s a really sad story, but I watched this last night and I think how Billy felt about the situation was Interesting,because they obviously didn’t want Jimmy In the band with what his problems were but they didn’t want to let him go,It was absolutely heartbreaking to hear because I wasn’t born when this happened, but It seems like they were going through a really difficult time. 💔
But I’m really glad that they got through this and Jimmy came out the other side of It and turned his life around and rejoined the band,he then left the band again just shortly after my 2nd birthday,this time It was amicable I believe and then came back as a touring member and then officially rejoined when they reunited with James,he’s such an amazing human being and I’m so happy that he’s still here with us. 🩷

He was supposed to stay for a summer,that summer turned Into 27 summers…
Thought I would love to share with you all as unfortunately In a few weeks It’s going to approaching the 1st anniversary of Matt’s last show with Pearl Jam,however I’m going to ask you an Important Question that applies to people who have been a longtime fan and people who were around In 1998.
Did you ever think Matt was going to stay In Pearl Jam?

A few weeks ago,someone made a post on here and asked when the new album was coming out, and I was just going through the comment section on the thread when I just found this and let’s just say that OP Is a genius… 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve seen some of your reviews on here from last night and It seems to me from what all of you have been saying that they didn’t disappoint and that the show was absolutely epic and the boys were In good spirits, and that they joined The Melvins for a cover of The Bit right at the very end! 🔥🔥🔥

Brann apparently said that album number 10 Is finished which Is such amazing news after the rough year they’ve had,Nick also seemed like he was amazing and has started off his second year In the band with some really positive praise on here which Is really lovely to see,no word on how Bill and Troy were yet but I’m guessing that they were very full of enthusiasm and energy also,Troy always seems very enthusiastic when talking to the crowd! 🤣🤣🤣

All In all,It’s lovely to see them all back together and again,It seemed like a great show and If you’re seeing them at Sick New World tonight,then have an amazing time! 😊 (I know I said that last night but again because of your reactions to the show It seems like they were on fire!)
