Pc disk error
Last night my monitor just went black and showed this screen( picture below). I have unplugged and re plugged everything back in and nothing is helping. I really don’t know anything about PCs tbh and desperately need help. I was downloading a game with a vpn and had read all the download reviews and everyone said it was safe. I’m not sure if this is from a virus or another issue. Can someone please help me.
It won’t let me post a picture but my screen is black and it says
Disk 1/0 error,
Replace the disk, and the press any key
Reboot and Select proper boot device
Or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press key
