Lower engine mount replacement?
Car was at a shop and was shown my lower engine mount bushing needs replacement. Do I have to replace the whole mount or just the bushing? I also have to do my passenger side as well. And the driver side not sure.

I will post the video again for reference
After making multiple posts on here, forms and groups and describing my noise and posted video everyone concluded my front right cv axle is the problem. i even posted on a car page that has all sorts of builds, makes etc
My mechanic as well as a german reputable shop both said my cv axle is on its way out. Scheduled a time for the shop to replace it. Drop it off. After 2 hrs later shop tells me they inspected the axle and there is no sign of it worn out or needs to be replaced.
The shop did mention my rear bearings need to be replaced. And could be making that noise
I did replace both front ball joints and bearings about 2 months ago 8k miles ago ish. My front right bearing is oem and left side is oe from another shop and got warranty when i did both.It is lowered but not slammed. I can get just about 2 fingers in between. There is no sign of rubbing on the fender, break shield no where that i can see.
Im just very confused how I hear noise on the front right but its my rear bearings going out...?
Been dealing with some noise when turning left for some months now and as of recently its starting to happen when reversing and rarely going straight. Took it my mechanic and just by test driving he claims its my cv axle. I trust him enough but he mainly works on American and some Japanese cars here and there. Im asking for 2nd opinions. There is no tears and any leakage coming from the boots and im thinking its something internally
