I’m looking to connect with someone who is serious about building something meaningful—not fixed on a specific idea yet, but open to exploring, validating, and executing together.

I believe the best ideas come from collaboration, so I’d prefer to connect first, understand each other’s mindset, and then decide what to build.

About me:

Interested in business, tech, and growth

Ready to put in consistent effort

Looking for long-term partnership (not just casual talks)

Looking for someone who:

Is genuinely interested in building something (startup/business/project)

Can commit time and effort

Open to brainstorming, experimenting, and learning

Preferably from tech/business background (not mandatory)

If this sounds like you, let’s connect and discuss.

No fixed idea yet—we’ll figure it out together.

Myquals: 12th Passed (PCM), planning BE in Bangalore (CSE/AI/ML)

I’m planning to join an engineering college in Bangalore through KCET. I’ve been seeing a lot of mixed opinions—some say college matters a lot, others say skills are everything. Honestly, it’s confusing and a bit stressful.

I want to build a strong career in tech (AI/Data Science or Software Engineering), and I also go to the gym regularly, so I’m trying to balance everything properly from the start.

The Three Big Concerns:

  1. College Tier vs Skills Reality

People say only top colleges get good placements.

Is it really hard to get a good job (8–15 LPA) from a mid-tier college?

If I focus heavily on coding, projects, and internships from 1st year, can I compete with top-tier students?

  1. CSE vs AI/ML vs Data Science

Is taking AI/ML or Data Science risky compared to core CSE?

Do companies treat them equally during placements?

Should I prioritize branch (CSE) over specialization?

  1. The “No Progress” Fear

I’ve seen people say:

“4 years gone, no skills, no job”

How do I avoid becoming that student?

What are the non-negotiable things I must do during BE?

When to start DSA?

When to do internships?

What projects actually matter?

KCET Rank ~60k, Joining BE (CSE/AI) in Bangalore: Is “Low Tier College = Bad Career” real or just poor planning?
