I'm pretty thin, about 5'3 and 110 lb right now but I'm losing weight because I'm able to exercise and my diet is healthy. However my stomach is always pretty big and makes it look like I'm bloated.
My current routine includes about 1 hour of walking (not in 1 session, broken up over the day), stretching, 20 jumping jacks, and leg lifts, these are done once a day in the morning before I eat so I can stretch myself out.
I know I need improvement. I don't want something super extreme, maybe something I can do in the morning or afternoon after school.
I'm eating healthy, greens, fruits, and fish ( I'm a pescatarian). I just want an idea of what to add to my routine to help my stomach flatten.
I posted this somewhere else but I was given diet tips despite asking for workout advice. rip lol
