I saw a pretty decent looking Model 66 at a pawn shop today. I understand that the K frame isn’t designed to take large volumes of magnum loads (and no hot 125’s), and that’s fine, but I’ve found very little information on how many magnum loads one can realistically withstand. I get that it can vary from gun to gun, but I’d kinda like a ballpark because I don’t want to wreck it.

If I get it, I’m thinking it’ll be running mostly 110gr XTP’s loaded with 5gr of titegroup in a .357 magnum case with a small pistol primer…but I’d like to run some proper magnum rounds occasionally, or else what’s the point?

Anyone know where to find Ramshot Enforcer? Can’t seem to find it anywhere online.
