Anybody else feeling extremely cold when overstimulated? Like just yesterday I was wearing 3 layers of clothes plus a blanket inside and still shivering. A couple of hours later I could feel my brain un-fog and all of a sudden also felt warmer again.

How do you deal with this? I feel like because of it there's no room for any other emotions or activities. I'm so exhausted.
