I crave consistency but often encounter unpredictability. I ask myself if it’s reasonable to expect stability or if uncertainty is just part of life here. How do I balance patience with self respect?

I was at a party last night, surrounded by people who laughed and danced, but I felt invisible. Everyone seemed connected to someone else while I floated on the edges, and the emptiness settled into me like a shadow that refused to leave.
