Anyone else develop pelvic floor issues from years of constant stress/anxiety?

I’m starting to think that’s what happened to me. I’ve been under pretty much nonstop stress for years, always tense, always in “fight or flight,” and now I’m dealing with pelvic floor tightness/pain and related symptoms.

It makes sense in a way because I catch myself clenching my jaw, shoulders, stomach, etc. all day without realizing it, so I’m wondering if I’ve basically been unconsciously clenching my pelvic muscles too.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this and whether stress reduction, stretching, pelvic floor physio, breathing exercises, etc. actually helped. Would appreciate hearing other people’s experiences.

2004 BMW E46 325i Manual – 229k km – What’s a Fair Market Price?

Looking for a fair market price estimate to buy a 2004 BMW 325i (E46).

Manual transmission
- 229,000 km
Owned since 2008
Stored in a yard trailer when not being driven
Well cared for over the years

Trying to get an idea of what these are realistically worth in today’s market, especially being a manual E46.
What would you price it at if selling privately in North America?

Thinking About Buying a 2004 325i Manual — Key Fob Issue & Pricing?

Hey guys — I’m picking up a 2004 BMW 325i manual in really great condition. It’s got 220,000 km but the car is super clean and well maintained with one owner.

Only issue is the key fob unlock button doesn’t work (not the battery). Can these fobs be repaired/reprogrammed or is it better to just get a replacement key from BMW? Also wondering if replacing the fob battery in the future would affect the key/fob pairing at all.

What’s the general consensus these days on pricing for an E46 325i manual in good shape with higher km? Curious what people are paying lately.

Thanks!
