im not sure if i have been popping it out myself of if it falls out but my clear night guard for tmj, grinding, and clenching keeps falling out. last night i lost it and i just found it... and i was laying on it all night long. it's warped and a little tight. is there anything i can do to get it back to original shape? i cant afford a new one from the dentist.
k l'oréal telescopic is my ride or die. or used to be before i realized they weren't cruelty free. since then ive tried so many mascaras but they never have the same thin wand any recommendations??
baby squirrel was stuck on our fence, baby was frozen in fear, and then ended up sliding down the fence and running and so did momma. i'm afraid they got separated and mommy has been crying outside for about an hour. with no sight of her baby. is there anything i can do? i'm so heartbroken for her.
