I got a job that offers health insurance which is great but it’s super limited on where i can go since i can only go to places that are through my employer (work for a hospital) and can’t go anywhere else.

I am planning to visit my family, who live across the country, for a short bit. My family is on medicaid and in their state i can get some free dental, eye, and other health checkups done for free. I was looking to utilize the eye and dental since i did not get vision or dental insurance through my employer due to cost since my health insurance already takes away $55 of my paycheck and i can’t afford my paychecks to be lower.

I wanted to know is it possible for me to be on their insurance in their state while i have insurance through my employer as well?

Looking to explore the dorms at the main campus for some free items like furniture, electronics, etc.

So far im trying to make a list of which dorms to mainly check out. But also i am not sure of what the best times to go are.

I’m not a student and I did have friends that went to asu but never went to the main campus, they mainly went to the downtown campus.

Any tips for exploring ASU dorms? I definitely worry if i’d look out of place especially when i dont know where anything is.

Besides Tooker and Palo Verde East, are there any other dorm recommendations?

Will there be any stuff available this upcoming Friday or Saturday?

I saw some job postings for Tiktok Data Security online which they have a location in my city.
I’ve applied once in the past and got rejected. I think what lacked is probably my resume not being tailored the best?

I saw they have a couple various jobs: customer support, trust and policy, etc.

I’m really stuck at figuring out what im lacking for the jobs. I previously applied expressing my interest in wanting to get into tech, i have a lot of customer service experience as well, i also have some experience working with computer work from being a receptionist at a hotel but i doubt thats really useful.

I have a bachelors in neuroscience, originally looking to go into healthcare, but decided i want to go into tech since the city i moved to seems to mainly offer good jobs in tech however not entry level. I’ve mainly just worked customer service based roles like hotel front desk (eventually was an assistant manager) being a barista, working in a nursing home as a nurse aide, and i worked for a physician part time just helping out with administrative work (just 1 hour of work couple times a month). I dont have much tech experience but been looking to get my foot in the door so i have some experience.

I found a few people on linkedin that had similar roles at tiktok and saw some of them didnt have prior work experience in the field and yet were able to get into their work. However no luck trying to reach out to them and was completely ignored.

I’ve been looking into tiktok mainly cause its the only entry level looking role i saw near me and although i do have a friend that works there, they don’t want to help me or give any advice on my resume either. FYI they did not have any tech experience either nor was their degree in tech.

Does anyone here currently work for tiktok mainly in customer support?

I’m planning to travel to El Paso later today from arizona. I have yet to still buy my tickets but have been looking online at floor tickets to make it worth the trip. However some of these sites are pricing them a little lower than i expected unless the floor tickets originally were that low?

Ive been seeing a few tickets priced at $350 or below. I saw one as low as $250 but im worried if they’re legit or not.

How much were floor seats originally? Its my first time seeing bts and a kpop group in general so im not familiar with the normal prices.

I’ve been mainly seeing floor tickets available from seatgeek, vivid seats, tickpick, and stubhub. Not sure what other sites to look at.

I have to use an Actiwatch for a research study and take some at home sleep tests/sleep diaries.

I was advised to not work my normal night shifts due to it affecting the research.
I’ve been told i need to sleep consistently at night getting 6-9 hours of sleep and must wake up before 9am.
I wanted to know what exactly the watch monitors.
Would they be able to tell when I go to sleep and wake up? I have to do this for atleast a week and a half before i go in person for overnight tests which does interfere with my work schedule a bit.
I just mainly do desk work in front of a computer overnights.

I was looking into somehow slipping in some overnight shifts but im worried how in depth it monitors me and i would then be disqualified from the study. Mainly since my shifts are typically 7:30pm to 6am 4 days a week.

What specifics does it monitor, can i somehow get away with it? I normally dont do much during the day time besides watch tv and lay in bed on my days off so i dont move around that much besides to eat and shower😭

I’m not sure what to do. I bought a pair of scrubs on depop since my work requires a specific color for scrubs and buying new ones would mean me wasting $50 for each shirt and pant set, which i need atleast 3-4 of.

Been pretty hard finding my size online for cheap and in the specific color but luckily one girl was selling 3 sets for pretty cheap, so i bought them since she confirmed they were in size small.

I received them yesterday and found out they’re actually extra small. The shirt is definitely a little too tight for me and the pants too, i can manage but definitely irritating for me when i wear uncomfortable clothes.

I bought them for about $17 after shipping which for 3 sets is not a bad deal.

I’m not sure if i should file a dispute which would then probably result in me needing to return them, or if i should just resell them now instead.
