I used this keratin treatment conditioner called Kerabond collagenon on my hair thinking it would just help my bleached hair become un-frizzy.. my hair become stubbornly straight and ive been use heat to curl my hair back to its original state but its been 7 months and i haven't been able to wash out the treatment. Ive frequently cut my hair but to no avail its stayed completely straight. Could it be because of heat damage? any solutions?!
