أنا شغال على فكرة بسيطة:
مساعدة البيزنس الصغيرة تنظم تواصلها مع العملاء، زي:
• تنظيم رسائل واتساب وإنستجرام
• عمل ردود جاهزة للأسئلة المتكررة
• ترتيب طريقة الرد على العملاء
• تقليل ضياع الرسائل أو العملاء اللي بيروحوا بدون رد
دلوقتي أنا بحاول أجيب أول عملاء للفكرة.
مفتوح لأي اقتراحات:
• عملاء من مصر أو بره
• منصات فريلانس أو تواصل مباشر
• أو أي نوع بيزنس ممكن يكون محتاج ده (ecommerce، مطاعم، أونلاين ستورز…)
ولو حد عنده تجربة في جلب أول عملاء لخدمة جديدة،

إزاي أجيب عملاء small businesses من بره لمشروع بسيط في خدمة العملاء

أنا عندي فكرة بسيطة بتساعد الـ small businesses إنها تنظم خدمة العملاء عندها بشكل أفضل.

الفكرة بشكل عام بتكون إن أي بيزنس صغير عنده رسائل كتير من العملاء (واتساب / إيميل / سوشيال ميديا) بيكون عنده لخبطة في الردود أو تأخير أو فقدان لعملاء بسبب عدم التنظيم.

أنا بحاول حالياً أفهم إزاي أقدر أجيب أول عملاء ليا من بره مصر (أونلاين)، وخصوصاً أصحاب البيزنس الصغير.

مش عندي جمهور أو منصة حالياً، فبفكر في طرق زي الـ outreach المباشر أو التواصل مع أصحاب البيزنس.

سؤالي:
