Illiyoon ato barrier concentrate cream

Skin type- dry, dehydrated skin on epiduo forte. Summers rn.
I bought this moisturizer after I read a lot of positive reviews about it. I have been using physiogel redness relief ai cream for more than a year (during night time; even in humid summers). I like how it settles down on my skin. The only con is that in humid conditions I wake up with my skin feeling a bit heavier than usual but I wash my face in mornings too so it’s okay. Since I am on epiduo forte, my barrier is wrecked at times. I thought adding illiyoon would help with that. Initially, I liked it but I feel that even during humid conditions this cream is not that moisturizing. It settles down matte without making my skin dry like a gel type moisturizer would but it still feels a lot less moisturizing/soothing when compared to physiogel even though the latter doesn’t even contain any ceramides.
Am i using it wrong? Also I suspect that it could be giving me ccs but I am not sure yet.

Epiduo forte, acne and illiyoon ato barrier concentrate cream

I have been dealing with adult acne for 4 years now.
Never had a pimple all throughout my teenage years but it appeared after I took antidepressants for 2-3 months. Initially my dermat put me on lymecycline and benzoyl peroxide along with clindamycin. Awful purge but acne cleared in the next few months.
It unfortunately reappeared when my pigmentation was close to disappearing. This time again i was put on lymecycline and later azithromycin. The only change was that my acne now didn’t just appear before periods I was constantly dealing with acne then pie then acne again.
Finally started epiduo forte. Have been using it for 2+ years now but I am not satisfied with the results. Have been to multiple dermats but epiduo forte is the one that I should be sticking to.
Basically my skin used to tolerate foaming cleansers twice a day and 1 hr application of epiduo forte everyday for the first 9 months. But as winters approached my skin got worse and used to dry out horribly in patches which got red and itchy bumps.
Now I use gentle cleansers and tolerate epiduo alterate days only for 15 mins.
It’s summer here now but my skin still gets dry however if I apply anything slightly heavier in the morning I get whiteheads and sweat too much.
Routine rn-
Am: cerave hydrating cleanser, cosrx all in 1 cream (will swap this out for a gel based moisturizer once it gets more humid) spf when out
Pm: cerave hydrating cleanser (double cleansing when used spf), epiduo forte (3-4 nights) wash it off with water after 15 mins, physiogel ai cream.
(Non epiduo days) cleanse, isntree hyaluronic acid toner plus, cosrx snail mucin, physiogel ai cream.
2 things I have added- illiyoon cream but I feel that its very less moisturising for my skin I am trying to use it up but I dont think it’s better than the physiogel one even if the latter doesn’t contain ceramides.
azelaic acid 10% for 10 mins on non epiduo days before washing with cleanser.
I still get dry and itchy bumpy skin at times. My acne comes and goes and I am left to deal with pie till the next pimples come up. A very frustrating and exhausting cycle.
