What is this on my tongue?

I'm F, no previous illness besides being bulimic. I've had this little thing on my tongue for a few days, it burns and hurts very very slightly.

Pretty much what the title says. I was doing really well and went without binging for 3 months. However, then I relapsed. I've been back in binging for a month now to cope with losing friends, my job, and my future.

I don't know what to do anymore
