got these enchantments on a pickaxe but unfortunately its gold. can i extract them and put them on a diamond pickaxe or am i SOL

I tried most fixed online. explorer.exe does nothing, windows+shift+ctrl+b does nothing, several full restarts and shutdowns. I even let the battery fully drain and then powered back on, where nothing happened and the issue persists. pressing Browse causes the window to instantly stop responding
